David Mitchell

David Mitchell is the author of Ghostwritten, Number9Dream, Cloud Atlas, Black Swan Green, The Thousand Autumns of Jacob de Zoet, The Bone Clocks, Slade House, and Utopia Avenue. Born in 1969, he grew up in Worcestershire, taught English in Japan, and has also translated Japanese works with K. A. Yoshida.
