Jeff VanderMeer

Jeff VanderMeer (born 1968) is an American author, editor, and literary critic. He rose to prominence through New Weird fiction and later reached mainstream audiences with the Southern Reach trilogy; Annihilation won the Nebula and Shirley Jackson Awards. He has also coedited influential anthologies with Ann VanderMeer.
